Grateful for Andrea Spear and the whole Liberty Team

I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for Andrea Spear as my escrow agent. For some reason, I seem to get the weirdest wildest files (trust me I pray daily for a normal one, doesn’t seem to happen). Over the last several months that Andrea has worked with me on my clients files, she has gotten every single thing done – things I can’t get done, she does. She is the kindest person on the phone (I’ve apologized about a hundred times now to her), she knows her stuff, and somehow some way she gets every single issue addressed, handled, and seemingly with ease. I can envision her holding her head with stress at some of the stuff I have us up against and yet nothing stops her. I can attest to the fact that I know Beth Little in my office feels the same way. Liberty always goes way above and beyond (we LOVE closer Jenny too, and honestly everyone!)… I don’t know whoe needs to know it but could you please pass along how grateful I am for Andrea – she is truly amazing at what she does and I am so thankful to have her on my side. I look forward to more and more deals thanks to you, her, and the entire team at Liberty.
