We are seeking a manager to lead and grow our Macomb County, MI operations.  In this role, you’ll be the center of daily operations, team development, customer experience, and community impact – all while reinforcing our commitment to excellence and integrity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Inspire, mentor, and support your colleagues to do their best work.
    • Motivate the team to maintain a reputation for delivering excellent customer service.
    • Guide onboarding, ongoing training, and professional growth opportunities.
    • Foster a trusting, inclusive culture where everyone feels heard and empowered.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Manage the daily operations, including processing and closings.
    • Monitor workflows, quality control, and performance to meet company expectations.
    • Assist colleagues and customers with creative solutions.
  • Client & Market Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys.
    • Be a trusted face of the branch – delivering exceptional service with honesty and professionalism.
  • Strategic Growth
    • Build and maintain a collaborative work environment that fosters great rapport with the sales team to drive and achieve annual revenue and profit goals.
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop business growth plans and identify opportunities to expand our market reach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in the title insurance or real estate industry (ideally 3+ years)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of title and escrow processes and closing procedures
  • Creative and proactive problem-solver who thrives on collaboration and getting things done with care
  • Clear, confident communication skills – verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage team and individual responsibilities and puts the success of the team first
  • Candidate will need to obtain Michigan Resident Producer License and become a Michigan Notary Public within 3 months of hire date
