We are looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded Construction Draw professional to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the calm, capable connector between builders, borrowers, and lenders – ensuring construction draws move forward accurately, efficiently, and with care.

What You’ll Do:
As a Construction Draw Coordinator, you’ll manage construction draw requests from start to finish while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy.
- Receive, review, and process construction draw requests in accordance with lender and title requirements.
- Coordinate inspection results, lien waivers, sworn statements, and supporting documents.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with builders, borrowers, lenders, and internal teams.
- Track draw status, approval, and disbursements using internal systems.
- Identify and resolve documentation gaps or discrepancies proactively.
- Maintain organized, accurate files to ensure compliance.
- Support timely funding while safeguarding against risk and errors.
- Assist colleagues and customers with creative solutions.
- Develop relationships of trust with customers and colleagues.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Comfort working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, confident communication skills – verbal and written
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and document management systems
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and follow-through
- 3+ years of experience in the title insurance industry or a related real estate or construction industry position
- Candidate will need to obtain Michigan Resident Producer License and become a Michigan Notary Public within 3 months of hire date
