Road Work Ahead!

As many of you may know, the Michigan Department of Transportation will begin to reconstruct 3.7 miles of M-59 (Hall Road) through Sterling Heights, Utica, and Clinton, Macomb, and Shelby townships as part of their M-59 Improvement Project. Our Sterling Heights office is located right in the height of this project as some of the construction is focused on M-59/Hall Road from M-53/Van Dyke Expressway (west) to Garfield Road. If you are planning to come by our office for a closing or meeting (or even just to say hello!) we encourage you to take an alternate route to avoid the construction. The project will last until November and will continue to cause further delays as time goes on.

Our Sterling Heights office is located at 12900 Hall Road, Suite 150. Our suggestion? Take Schoenherr to Canal Road (heading west) to Delco going north to M59/Hall Road. Go west for 1 ½ blocks and pull into 12900 Hall Road. Additionally, the construction starts at Garfield so we recommend taking from the far north or east Romeo Plank to 19 Mile Road. Connect to Saal Road (heading north) to Canal Road to Delco to M-59.
