The First Impression Specialist is an entry level position and is based in a fast-paced environment that includes change and variety.  Many of our entry level colleagues become our top producing processors and closers.  If you pride yourself in the ability to interact with co-workers and customers with enthusiasm, tact, and empathy, then this position is for you.

Major Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Greets, announces, and converses with customers
  • Answers incoming phone calls
  • Answers routine customer service questions
  • Accepts packages and assists vendors with deliveries
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail
  • Sends completed title product to customer
  • Determines escrow requirements by reviewing title reports and buyer, seller, realtor, and lender instructions
  • Verifies taxes, assessments, water, and homeowner’s association dues
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a related industry, a plus
  • A helpful and cheerful image
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
  • The ability to function as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Use Information Technology to save time
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Candidate will need to obtain Michigan Resident Producer License and become a Michigan Notary Public within 3 months of hire date
