We are looking for an enthusiastic Branch Manager that enjoys varied activities, possesses good follow through skills, and has the chemistry to interact with colleagues and customers to obtain results to lead our Sterling Heights Office.

The Branch Manager leads the team responsible for processing and closing real estate transactions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Provides outstanding customer service and displays a positive attitude at all times
  • Manages the daily activities and workflow of the office
  • Assists colleagues and customers with creative solutions
  • Develops relationships of trust with customers, co-workers, and employees
  • Motivates the team to maintain a reputation for accurate and efficient processing and closing of files
  • Maintains a collaborative work environment that fosters great rapport with the sales team
  • Monitors, evaluates, and makes changes to procedures to maintain high levels of quality and productivity
  • Trains and develops staff to ensure knowledge base is sufficient to meet customer needs
  • Maintains adequate measures to ensure compliance with Consumer Finance Protection Bureau rules and statutes
  • Process files, perform closings, and disburse files, as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Michigan Resident Producer License (if not licensed, must obtain within 90 days of hire date)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience in the title and settlement industry or a related industry
  • Experience working with the Closing Disclosure
  • An image that displays confidence, helpfulness and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to effect change with quality results
  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
  • Use Information Technology to save time
  • Knowledge of MS Office Products
  • Knowledge of ResWare a plus
