Title: Assistant Branch Manager

          Location: Grand Blanc, MI

We are looking for an energetic customer service driven and results oriented professional to co-lead the fast-paced operations in our Grand Blanc, MI office.

Major Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Supervises the daily activities and workflow of the office
  • Assists colleagues and customers with creative solutions
  • Develops relationships of trust with customers and colleagues
  • Works with the Branch Manager to motivate the team to maintain a reputation for accurate and efficient processing and closing of files
  • Works with the Branch Manager to maintain a collaborative work environment that fosters great rapport with the sales team
  • Reviews Real Estate Closing Packages for accuracy
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in the title insurance industry or a related industry
  • The ability to assist in
    • Clearing title requirements
    • Preparation of CD/ALTA settlement statements
    • Preparation of Real Estate Settlement Documents
    • Conducting closing presentations with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage team and individual responsibilities
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Approachable to provide help and advice as well as give and receive feedback
  • Candidate will need to obtain Michigan Resident Producer License within 4 months of hire date
