As an independent insurance agent, we can custom-match a title insurance product to fit your transaction--we are not locked into one product at one price with one insurance company like most of our competition.

Our affiliation with the top four title insurance under-writing groups also allows us to broker title insurance nearly anywhere in the country. We can usually obtain at least two quotes on your transaction. We can also act as a local closing agent, saving you from traveling long distances to close your transaction.
