Ann Arbor/North Main Street
Our downtown Ann Arbor office handles title production, commercial closings, builder draw work and residential closings. Our "title plant" database with over 1,700,000 entries is maintained at the Downtown Ann Arbor office.

The "title plant" allows us to execute title examinations more accurately and with greater speed than firms that rely solely on the public records.

Conveniently located across from the County courthouse, parking is available in the large municipal surface lot and parking structure adjoining our building. We reimburse parking costs for our clients.

Chelsea
The Chelsea office provides residential and commercial closing services to the rapidly growing Western Washtenaw, Eastern Jackson and Southern Ingham County areas, saving clients in these areas the need to drive long distances to close their deals. Located on M-52 between the Village of Chelsea and I-94, the Chelsea office is easy to get to and has free ample parking.

Brighton
Our Brighton office is a full-service title office. The office performs title examinations, builder draw work, and commercial and residential closing services. The office is connected "on line" with the Livingston County Courthouse. Located in the Brookside Mall at the intersection of Grand River Avenue and I-96, the Brighton office is a comfortable, convenient location to close your transaction.

Saline
Conveniently located in downtown Saline, our Saline closing facility serves Southern Washtenaw County and the Saline/Milan area. Closing appointments can be scheduled with any of our offices. A large municipal parking lot located next to the office provides ample parking.

Canton
Our affiliate company, Greatland Title Agency, LLC, can handle closings in the Metropolitan Detroit area. Conveniently located in the Harvard Square Shopping Center at the corner of Ford and Sheldon roads, the Greatland Title office has ample free parking. Shared computer facilities allow closings in Canton to be distributed and checks recieved at any other office.
